Cory Messer- LMT, ATC

Cory Graduated with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Athletic Training from Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM) in 2016. Along with the Athletic Training Degree, Cory also Graduated with a Massage Therapy Degree from the Colorado School of Healing Arts (CSHA) in 2018. In 2020 Cory started teaching Sports Massage at the Colorado School of Healing Arts (CSHA).

Bear's Den Massage practice philosophy is that the clients leave their appointment feeling better than when they came in. Client's have power on the table, meaning they can let the therapist know if the pressure is too much, not enough, or if there needs to be more time spent on an area. 

Why I do what I do- Massage Therapy and Athletic Training allows me to have a passion for helping others. Knowledge of anatomy, injuries, illness, and rehabilitation allows me to provide my clients with a customized experience that addresses their individual needs.

A little bit about me: I grew up in Minnesota, have two brothers, one is older by 2 years and the other one is a twin, older by 4 minutes. I am an uncle of 2 nephews and 1 niece. My interests vary from film to food, to visiting breweries and distilleries.
